The estate is named after the poem "Ambra" by Lorenzo de' Medici, written in the 15th century. Spanning 24 hectares, the vineyards are situated in four of Carmignano's most esteemed crus: Montalbiolo, Elzana, Santa Cristina in Pilli, and Montefortini Podere Lombarda.
