The Saracco family's winemaking legacy in Castiglione Tinella, Piedmont, Italy, began in the early 1900s with Luigi Saracco, who sold their aromatic Moscato grapes to Vermouth producers. Under his son Giovanni's leadership, the estate expanded its vineyards and supplied grapes to Asti Spumante manufacturers. In 1988, Paolo Saracco, after studying oenology, transformed the family business by bottling their own Moscato d'Asti, establishing the renowned Paolo Saracco label. Today, the estate spans 50 hectares and is celebrated for its harmonious blend of tradition and innovation in winemaking.
