Ridolfi is a historic Tuscan estate located in the Mercatali locality near Montalcino, its roots trace back to an old Florentine family that owned the lands for centuries. The property was bought in 2011 by entrepreneur Giuseppe Valter Peretti, who invested heavily in the vineyards and cellar to revive the estate. Under the guidance of enologist Gianni Maccari from 2014, Ridolfi concentrated on Sangiovese and traditional Brunello styles while adopting organic practices across its holdings. Today the estate is best known for Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino, and it combines historic buildings with modern winemaking technology.
