Nieto Senetiner traces its roots to 1888 when Italian immigrants planted vineyards and established a winery in Vistalba, in Mendoza. The estate was purchased and developed by the Nieto and Senetiner families in 1969, who expanded the facilities and consolidated its reputation. In 1998 the winery became part of Molinos Río de la Plata, which supported further investment in winemaking and export growth, while the estate retained its historic Villa Blanca buildings. Today Nieto Senetiner is best known for its Malbecs and a portfolio that combines traditional vineyards in Luján de Cuyo with newer sites in the Uco Valley, and it also offers on site tourism and tasting experiences.
