Poli Mirtillo is a grappa-based liqueur that presents a medium ruby-purple color, with lovely aromas of red fruit, blueberries, and lily of the valley. On the palate, it is well-rounded, balanced, and flavorful. The grappa is made from pomace sourced from a mixture of DOC grapes grown in the Vicenza province of the Veneto region. Poli uses copper pot stills for distillation, which is carried out at the time of grape harvest. The final distillate at 75% ABV is lowered to 28% by the addition of distilled water, then infused with blueberry flavors, chilled to 40°F, filtered, and bottled. This delightful liqueur is ideal as a digestif, served chilled, and can also be used to add a fruity twist to various cocktails.

Poli Distillerie, an artisan distillery founded in 1898 by GioBatta Poli, is located in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the Veneto region of Italy. The Poli family has been distilling for over a century, utilizing traditional copper stills to produce high-quality grappa and other spirits. The distillery operates three different types of alembics, including the historic 12 Knights steam still, the Athanor bain-marie still, and the innovative Crysopea vacuum bain-marie still, each chosen to best extract flavors from various raw materials.
