Castello di Monterinaldi, located in the heart of Tuscany's Chianti Classico region, traces its origins to 1010 AD when Count Gottifredo established the estate. Over the centuries, the castle endured numerous historical events, including destruction during the Battle of Montaperti in 1260 and World War II. In 1961, the Ciampi family acquired the property, revitalizing its winemaking traditions. Today, the estate spans 55 hectares with 18 individual vineyards, cultivating a diverse range of grape varieties.
